We did not write information about every aspect of Linux. We want to put the information that is provided on the internet into perspective. If you have a suggestion for a topic you would like to see covered here, please add it on the Wishlist.

So, you will find many links inside the tutorials. They often point to relevant, more detailed information. We do our best to keep them up to date, but if you happen to find one that does not work, please tell us.

While these tutorials explain quite a few things, it is often best to search for answers to specific tasks. In addition to your search-engine of choice, there are the following good places to start a search:

Also, if you have information to share, you can easily add to this site. If you are familiar with Wikis, you will feel comfortable. If not, no problem: Just log in and click the “Edit” tab at the top of each page…and you can begin to correct typos, edit the page to your liking or even add new pages to the system.
